We try to be flexible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to shorten the treatment or schedule a new appointment to keep the process fair for everyone.
Yes. Before every color treatment, we do a short analysis (hair condition, wish, care, durability). This way you get a result that suits you and stays beautiful in the long term.
Depending on hair length and initial situation, we usually plan for 2.5 to 4 hours. We will give you a realistic duration after the consultation.
We recommend a color-safe shampoo, a nourishing mask, and heat protection when styling. After the appointment, you will receive specific product recommendations suitable for your hair.
Basically yes – the important thing is that it remains relaxed for you and other guests. For longer color appointments, we recommend childcare so you can really switch off.
